The MAY-18 Axis series is an intelligent flexible bending center that adopts the pressing arm feeding method. It is equipped with three axes and three motors, designed and produced based on the high-precision machine tool standard. The machine is suitable for mesh, corrugated, hollow and various flat or special-shaped work pieces.
The deflection compensation of the machine can be regulated through CNC control. It also allows thicker panels to be bent and has a higher comprehensive bending speed. Plus, this machine supports a fast release and fast installation type press tooling.
Features:
The feeding method used by this machine is pressing arm. In order to improve positioning accuracy, this machine is equipped with a Y axis double lift automatic positioning tools.
It can deal with 18 axes standard and be used for machining metals such as stainless steel, aluminum panel, cold panel and other metal materials with a thickness of 0.35 to 3mm, while its maximum panel size is 3200*1500mm. Furthermore, it is also suitable for processing all kinds of flat panel or special shaped of work piece, such as mesh, corrugated and hollow.
Additionally, this machine also provides some advanced features, such as automatic reposition, oblique reposition, improved C axis rotation speed and accuracy, standard power hinge knife, special tooling structure and pneumatic upper pressing tooling, which can bending more thicker panel.
